Fundamental uncertainty in the future climate requires new ways of planning

We assist our clients across wide range of issues related to environmental issues and climate change, including literature reviews, policy assessment, and decision making under conditions of fundamental uncertainty.

Recently, our team has been chosen by Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Authority to investigate how an adaptive decision-making approach to climate change could be included in the MBCM, and assess interventions to reduce land transport greenhouse gas emissions to effect mode change.

Relevant Experience

  • Interventions to reduce land transport greenhouse gas emissions – economic and behavioural instruments to effect mode change (Work in progress)

  • Incorporating distributional Impacts in the cost-benefit appraisal framework (Work in progress)
